You will work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment to select and hire IT consultants from the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
· Managing 80-100 calls per day as part of your KPIs
· Handle a high volume of hires each month across multiple technologies
· Screen resumes and interviews candidates to uncover the candidate's interests and expectations and can influence and offer advice to candidates
· Providing candidates a positive experience, creating brand promoters
· Responsible for being a brand ambassador by effectively finding out the career desires of your candidates and custom fitting the job opportunity
· Reviewing and actioning upon reports on a daily/weekly basis to inform the tasks, actions, behaviors, and areas of focus
· May be responsible for coaching and mentoring other team players every week with aims at measurable improvement
· Knowledge in HR practices and employment law as they pertain to recruiting in the US and Mexico
· Understands the functions of how to operate in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
· International candidate management, negotiating and closing with candidates from various locations
· Screen candidates for availability, interest level, eligibility, salary range, relocation needs, and knowledge of skillset while striking a balance of the organization's best interest
· Evaluate factors such as experience, education, skills, fit as it pertains to the role
· Facilitate moving each candidate through the recruiting process promptly
· Writing, speaking, and comprehending English in a proficient manner
Requirements:
· 5 years' IT or tech recruitment experience + sales
· 2+ years in volume recruitment
· Able to work remotely (must have reliable internet connection and equipment) Monday-Friday minimally from 8 am to 5 pm EST
· Previous experience recruiting within the US
· C1 level of English or higher
