Main tasks of position

-Support launch phase of new lines perfoming, task force meetings, Standard Operating Procedure, Kaizen events, etc.

-Perfoming saving projects

-Performing global Best Practice deployment

-Supporting launching of new Machine Data Analysis

-Follow up to implement ideas with and without savings

-Training of onboarding employes in Operation Systems, lean and six sigma tools

-Training of current employees in continuous improvement tools.

-Performing of kaizen workshops (task force, SOP, VSM, etc)

-Leading plant to increase 5´s maturity level.

-Supporting problem solving analysis to teams

Required qualifications for position

-Problem solving skills (A3, ishikawa, 8D´s, K&T).

-Knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing tools.

-Knowledge and experience in six sigma tools.

-Line balancing knowledge and experience.

-Experience as internal trainer

-Able to use Minitab.

-Able to use SAP.
