The Opportunity

1. LATAM ROLE: PMF 68%, PBF 15%, Caricam 07%, South Cone 05%, Andean 05%.
2. Provide support to a Procurement non-managed category in LatAm: A&M (Media off, Media on, agency management, production, sponsorship, package design, among others.
3. Provide Procurement accompaniment to stakeholders and A&M ~600 suppliers in the purchase process across LatAm.
4. Assist with around 6,000 transactions in the purchase process after negotiation closing: legal contracting and POs.
5. Provide support to control and monitor supply, productivity and cash flow for Procurement Indirects POS.
6. Lead strategy definition for P2P process to make the A&M categories stronger, faster and better.
7. Develop Procurement capabilities in the Sourcing Process.
8. Create a strategic network within A&M with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Your Impact

As Global Proc Ind Assoc Supervisor your functions would consist of:

1. Accompany and support the negotiation of a portfolio represented by +US$ 338 mm in LatAm for A&M.
2. Lead the improvement of the Purchase to Pay process for A&M to have a leaner purchase system and allow for more strategic negotiations.
3. Support the new category in "ways of working".
4. Monitor and control legal contracts to be in place for A&M to be in compliance.
5. Monitor and control POs process to secure process stability for on time purchases.
6. Work along with stakeholders to meet the business needs (creative pitches, etc.).
7. Eventually (+8 months in role) lead a stretch assignment to develop deeper and more strategic knowledge in A&M Procurement Sourcing Strategy.
