ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a HR Coordinator, in Human Resources, your role will be:
Play a key role in driving operational efficiency and enhancing the employee experience. In this dynamic position, you'll provide comprehensive support across all core Human Resources functions, including personnel administration, payroll management, benefit coordination, internal communications, onboarding, and recruitment support. Ensure flawless execution of HR processes, uphold labor law compliance, and maintain organized and up-to-date employee documentation. You'll serve as a trusted point of contact for both employees and leadership, delivering agile, solution-oriented support while contributing to internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage documentation and records for all new hires. Including but not limited to all onboarding process.
- Record onboarding/offboarding processes in different HR platforms.
- Administer corporate items (access cards, phones, vouchers, parking passes).
- Respond to employee inquiries across various channels.
- Support and execute payroll incident processing (absences, leaves, etc.).
- Manage benefits delivery (insurance, bonuses, referrals).
- Create and distribute information through different communication channels to the organization.
- Collaborate with educational institutions and job boards to bring talented candidates to the organization.
- Support internal HR audits, ensure documentation aligns with all legal compliance requirements.
- Drive process improvement and compliance requirements.
- Assist and coordinate local and corporate events and engagement activities.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Previous experience in human resources administration and payroll processes, at least 2 years.
- Basic knowledge of Mexican labor legislation and employee benefits
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- A highly organized team player with strong attention to detail and ethical integrity, capable of maintaining confidentiality while driving solutions with initiative and professionalism. Demonstrates adaptability and thrives in dynamic, evolving environments.
