GENERAL SUMMARY:
Leads the teams on the lines, to achieve strategical operational goals, promotes organizational values to have the proper work environment.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respect health & safety policy.
• Participate at the different phases of new product development.
• Rigorous execution the all the processes we have.
• Manage day to day activities planning set-ups, production schedule attainment, equipment repair and inventory.
• Leads continuous improvement by using Lean Manufacturing techniques.
• Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by department supervisor.
• Performs activities related to safety.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Fabrication
• High school or equivalent education.
• Minimum 1 year at least group leader for operations.
• Knowledge of fabrication processes (welding, bending, notching).
• English 50%
• Strong Communication
