GENERAL SUMMARY:
Leads the teams on the lines, to achieve strategical operational goals, promotes organizational values to have the proper work environment.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respect health & safety policy.
- Participate at the different phases of new product development.
- Rigorous execution the all the processes we have.
- Manage day to day activities planning set-ups, production schedule attainment, equipment repair and inventory.
- Leads continuous improvement by using Lean Manufacturing techniques.
- Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by department supervisor.
- Performs activities related to safety.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Fabrication
- High school or equivalent education.
- Minimum 1 year at least group leader for operations.
- Knowledge of fabrication processes (welding, bending, notching).
- English 50%
- Strong Communication
