We are currently seeking talent for the position of: Java Developer - Team Lead Junior

Experience:

• 6+ years of software development experience.
• Experience developing enterprise applications in Java using Spring and unit testing.
• RESTful API development.
• Cloud services (AWS or Azure).
• Messaging systems such as SQS, IBM MQ, RabbitMQ, or similar.
• Database connections and transactions in Java.
• SQL.
• Agile methodologies.
• Testing practices.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership to the development team, ensuring design and architecture align with strategic standards and best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with other teams and departments to meet project objectives on time.
• Actively participate in the entire agile software development lifecycle: from story creation to production release.
• Design, develop, test, and deliver features that bring real value to our clients.
• Contribute non-functional requirements that support the long-term health, scalability, and stability of applications.
• Apply secure development practices and stay updated on industry trends.
• Provide support for production applications, ensuring continuous and high-quality service.
• Mentor junior engineers, promoting high development standards.
• Present technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.

Language: Advanced conversational English (able to interact effectively with international teams).
