Position Profile:

We are seeking a senior executive with a university degree (Criminology, Criminalistics, Public Security, or a related field)

Advanced English

Over 10 years of proven experience in the security field

At least 8 years in management or leadership roles.

Experience in private security companies, managing multiple accounts, and strong commercial focus is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead national operations for the Enhanced Protection Services (EPS) division.
• Design protection and security strategies for corporate clients.
• Supervise specialized teams in executive protection, risk assessments, consulting, and intelligence.
• Drive business development through new client acquisition and service expansion.
• Represent the EPS division in high-level interactions with executives and international stakeholders.
• Assess operational and commercial improvement opportunities, managing budgets and strategic reporting.
