Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Linux System Administrator to manage, monitor, and maintain our Linux-based systems and servers. Responsibilities include installing and configuring software, ensuring system security and performance, troubleshooting issues, managing user access, automating tasks via scripting, and supporting system backups and disaster recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers and services.
• Monitor system performance and availability.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Implement security measures and apply patches/updates.
• Automate tasks using shell scripts or tools like Ansible.
• Maintain documentation for systems and procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Linux Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Linux (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu).
• Proficiency in shell scripting and command-line tools.
• Familiarity with networking, firewalls, and security practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
