Responsabilities:

• This role will be a member of the Front-Office & BI team, within IST and will be focused of direct applications such as Front-Office modules which is responsible for business model that are being used for several internal areas covering all markets in LATAM.
• This position should have a general knowledge of IT Support and Project, with exposure to IT BA and IT Service combined with strategic and business mindset.
• This position will act as a partner of MK Global and regional IST teams to execute the deployment and rollouts of corporate projects which require deliverables for the systems of his/her responsibilities.
• The role will partner with regional MK Business areas, to all LATAM subsidiaries, to gather requirements, plan, execute and deploy projects and Changes.

The skills and knowledge you should have are: advanced English, excellent communication skills, high proficiency in SQL, experience as Business/Systems Analyst ideally supporting Sales and Finance Departments, knowledge with Project Management in IT area using PMBOK or SCRUM.

This position is located in Monterrey, NL
