This role requires an individual who is disciplined, organized, and articulate, with some international project experience. In this role, you will be acting in a program manager capacity as well as working closely with internal stakeholders to have compliance conversations and documenting these conversations in order to meet compliance expectations. It will also require you to be confident, savvy, and technically sound.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years in a Technical Project or Program Management role
• Hands-on experience working within a HITRUST Implementation a plus
• Experience with vendor relations and scheduling
• Experienced working with Jira
• Expert in sprint planning, documentation, and being highly organized
• IT auditing.

Bonus/Soft Skills:

• Any HITRUST-related certifications
• SOC2, PCI DSS audits with project management best practices Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA)
• Forward thinking – someone who can get in front of technical problems
• Excellent communication experience, self-driven, disciplined, and highly responsible
• Ability to break up HITRUST implantation into 2-week sprints
• Audit preparation experience
• Experienced with policy and procedures documentation
