MotoRad is looking for a General Accountant in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.

POSITION: General Accountant

LOCATION: Apodaca, Nuevo Leon

REPORTS TO: Finance Controller

General description:

The General Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for 2 difference entities in the organization, one is a distribution center and the second is manufacturing company. This role involves recording daily financial transactions, managing accounts receivable, reconciling bank statements, and preparing reports to support financial decision-making.

Responsibilities:

· Invoice processing - Processing, approving, paying, reconciliation and contacting vendor in case there is an issue.

· Managing travel expenses (will be in Concur TMS), petty cash and credit cards bookings - Controlling expenses reports in Concur (future planning), receiving credit card statements - control and process, petty cash reports - receive and pay.

· Monthly balance sheet electronic reporting to the SAT.

· Bank reconciliation – supplier's payments, customer receipts, open new accounts in the bank.

· Record Exchange Rate

· Different financial analyses - per request.

· Participate in different Global meetings and presenting relevant information regarding Mexico.

· Support internal & external audits.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

· Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.

· Advanced level of written and spoken English is a must.

· Proficiency in bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

· Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

· Good written and verbal communication skills.
