• Build and maintain scalable systems that are clean, efficient, and robust, ensuring exceptional performance on the backend.
• Integrate third-party APIs to streamline communication and unlock new capabilities for our products.
• Champion Test-Driven Development, writing unit and integration tests that keep our codebase reliable and bug-free.
• Document software features in a way that supports both current team members and smooth onboarding for new engineers.
• Manage version control effectively to support seamless collaboration.
• Review code and perform testing, ensuring high-quality standards and catching issues early.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Advanced English
• 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a strong track record of delivering backend solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, especially with Django and PostgreSQL for backend development.
• Hands-on experience with Test-Driven Development, documenting software functionality, and reviewing peers' work.
• Strong knowledge of Git for version control and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Experience integrating and managing APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly within a team and with different stakeholders.
• Highly adaptable, eager to learn, and proactive in staying up to date with new technologies.
• A keen eye for detail and quality, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
