PLANT PROCESS ENGINEER - INGENIERO EN PROCESOS DE PLANTA

You need to have:

• Completed academic studies: In Engineering Field (Mechanical, Materials, Industrial)
• Advanced conversational English
• Desirable Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt

You are going to do:

• Support casting and internal process testing using systematic engineering approaches
• Conduct and analyze defects and production issues to determine root cause and corrective actions
• Act as technical support for program specific items
• Work cross functionally with multiple departments to support improvement actions
• Communicate KPI positive and negative trends and top issues to increase awareness within the facility and management using multiple platforms
• Support and monitor internal testing for process validations

*******Position requires handling castings and working around molten and items at hot temperatures. Requires working with and around heavy equipment. Requires working in an environment that is noisy and is not climate controlled*******
