SUMMARY

The Logistics SAP Standards and Systems Analyst / Sr. Logistics SAP Standards and Systems Analyst is responsible for the ongoing support of logistic systems and template processes within the dedicated region for inbound, warehousing and intralogistics, production planning and execution, and outbound activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Perform as SAP key-user team for logistic domains such as inbound, warehousing and intralogistics, production planning and execution, outbound and digitalization industry 4.0 within the region.

· Provide support for the existing systems and the SAP MORE project.

· Understand regional and local legal aspects that must be reflected in SAP and work with team to ensure their implementation together with the global governance organization.

· Assist with the creation of a training program to local key users and to end-users for all existing and future logistics systems.

· Support and participate in the implementation, deployment, and change management of the new MORE template as a key team member.

· Support the deployment teams of the new MORE template by providing functional guidance for regional specifics.

· Support the continuous improvement of the template systems and processes by providing recommendations for improvement.

· Support standardization for the region. Support the plants in improvement projects.

· Support and assist with the implementation of required logistic systems for integration projects or mergers and acquisitions.

· All other duties and projects as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

· Higher education in business informatics, business administration. the technical, commercial, or comparable fields (Logistics)

• Fluency in English
• > 5 years of experience in logistics processes. Experience working in the automotive industry. (must)
• Experience with SAP R/3 or S/4 HANA primarily within the module SD (Sales and Distribution) and/or cross-functional processes

· Knowledge concerning special customer requirements within the automotive industry including understanding of different EDI and forms and label formats (e.g. VDA, ANSI, EDIFACT, ODETTE etc.)

· Strong coordination skills

· Service and customer orientation: strong communication skills

· You bring resilience, team spirit, conceptual thinking, practical experience in support and a high degree of communication strength.

· Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working.

· You are interested in learning new things.

· Safe handling of known IT applications (M365, etc.)

· German and other languages are an advantage.
