We are Hiring Technical Documentation Specialist

Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Technical Documentation Specialist in a corporate environment. Academic experience alone will not be considered.

• Able documenting complex technical systems, specifically including:

o SAP (mention specific modules if applicable, e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD)

o Snowflake

o BOOMI

o PowerApps

o SharePoint

o Java

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical

concepts in a clear and concise manner.

• Strong research and information gathering skills.

• Proficiency in using documentation tools (platform and non-platform specific)

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and

product managers.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or a related field

or equivalent experience.

• Experience with localization and translation of technical documentation.
