What are your contributions to the team?
- Contribute in the validation and assurance that all the Quality requirements specify by Engineering Design, Liaison, BAPS, BM and BMS
- Be key player for follow up and implementation and improvement of the QMS process.
- Participate in the creation of a Quality Culture, and Quality Management system compliance and ensure process are respected.
- Support the mechanisms which assure the conformance of the product and processes, according to the established norms and regulations.
1.Delivery of product and process as per engineering requirements
2.Non conformance reporting
3.Ensure the compliance with Quality Management System (QMS)
4. First Article Reports
5. Conformity Process
6. BSC / BOE implementation, internal standard for Bombardier.
7. Know the basic tools and equipment to take measurements on the shop floor related the apropiate process inspection.
How to thrive in this role?
- You have 2 years as Quality Agent is a plus.
- You have Advanced English, written and spoken
- You manage Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power point, Microsoft Project) SAP, NCMS, CATIA, PowerBI, Teams, Sharepoint.
- You have Bachelor degree or College (TSU) Degree on Aeronautical, Electric, Mechanical, Industrial or Electromechanics Engineering.
- You reflect and learn from own performance.
- You turn mistakes into learning opportunities.
- You contribute to an environment that is conducive to the generation of new ideas bychallenging established structures
- You support opportunities for brainstorming and idea-generation around products, services or processes improvement.
