Requirements

• Experience in production support of SAP OTC solutions, including order management, pricing, billing, and payment processing.
• Specializes in the Sales and Distribution module and its integration with other modules for efficient order processing.
• Focuses on the functional aspects of SAP OTC, including process design, configuration, and customization.
• Analyzes business requirements, translates them into system configurations, and supports the OTC process.
• Deep expirence in Mexico and SUA localization.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance the SAP ECC OTC module
• Provide ongoing support and optimization of SAP OTC systems to ensure continued efficiency and accuracy.
• Analyze and redesign business processes to improve efficiency and accuracy within the Order to Cash cycle.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements for the Order to Cash process.
• Configure and customize SAP systems to support the defined Order to Cash processes.
• Manage the implementation of SAP OTC solutions, including testing and go-live activities."
