Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Vendor relationship management
• Validate vendor invoices to be paid with approval and documentation within deadline
• Dispute resolution
• Schedule transactions (Ad-hoc payment)
• SOA Reconciliation
• Escalation process

Qualifications and skills

• Academic Background: Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Finance or Equivalent Job Experience
• Years of Experience: 1+ years
• Software: ERP(SAP it's a plus) and Excel Intermediate (Pivot Tables & Formulas)
• Technical Skills: Accounting
• English Level: Advanced
• Competencies:
• Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues and find solutions quickly.
• Excellent critical thinking and creativity.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal in English
• A service-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional support.
