Summary by Phase: • Engage Phase - Developing the high-level plan • Plan Phase - Building a picture of Cutover with the workstream • Operationalize Phase - Working through the cutover activities to build accuracy, timing, understanding and execution of the plan to deploy the solution • Monitor Phase - Post go-live cutover related activities to close out the process Cutover Activities: 1. Produce, manage, and ensure the execution of the Cutover plan a. Develop Approach b. Develop High level Roadmap c. Plan the event flow d. Detailed Cutover Plan e. Prepare Business Continuity / Rollback Plans f. Entry / Exit Gate Criteria g. SIT Cutover Rehearsal h. Functional Testing Cutover Rehearsal i. Production Cutover Rehearsal j. Production Cutover 2. Coordinate Cutover communications and status updates with the Program, Key sub workstreams, Regions, and C&I 3. During production cutover, the cutover team will coordinate the release of the new solutions and decommissioning of applicable systems
