Key Accountabilities
· Support the administration of recruitment activities, ensuring an efficient and effective service is delivered to all involved in the hiring process.
· Coordinate candidate interviews, including managing calendar invites, booking rooms & ensuring readiness of all participants
· Track, update and maintain candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) in real time.
· Proactively oversee the background check process, liaising with candidates, Recruiters and hiring teams to ensure thorough completion of all tasks
· Manage candidate documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards
· Prepare employment contracts and effectively facilitate the onboarding process including system and stakeholder updates
· Collaborate with hiring managers, candidates and Recruiters to ensure timely and effective communication throughout the recruitment process
Skills & Experience
· Previous administration or coordination experience is essential
· Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills with high work standards and attention to detail.
· Flexible and adaptable to change, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
. Bachelor´s degree
· Fluent to a business proficiency level (both written and oral) in English
