Metalworking company is seeking:

Human Resources Intern

Education: 8th semester or higher student of Psychology, Marketing, Bachelor's degree, or related Engineering.

Current insurance is required.

Experience: Minimum 6 months in Human Resources (internship or community service).

Position Objective: Provide support to the Human Resources team in operational and administrative activities related to key processes in the area.

Requirements:

English level B1 or B2

Valid voluntary insurance

Own vehicle

Main activities:

Recruitment and selection support

Training processes

Assessment implementation and monitoring

Internal course scheduling

Purchase order review and preparation

Invoice review

Organization and support for corporate events

Required skills:

Task execution and monitoring

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (preferred)

7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or 4:00 p.m. may also be considered
