your task

• Buyer must have a clear picture of all New programs and its general information:
• Customer
• SOP
• EOP
• Platform
• Annual Volume
• Buyer to attend to Program Management/APQP meetings
• Upon Gate 3 (Method Approval), Buyer is responsible to evaluate New Program Gates and answer Open Issues if any on time in CIM DataBase (CDB)
• Source Pre-series to Integrator and to plant.
• Place PO for Pre Series
• Work with Logistics Corporate to deliver material at Integrator and plant per CDB requirement
• Budget Control
• Once BIP is source for SOP:
• Place Scheduling Agreement along with Source List per Corporate quote and send it to supplier
• Request PPAP to supplier and send it to Quality for Approval
• Approve workflow and upload PPAP in CDB
• Ensure forecast is being sent by Materials per supplier lead time and secure first delivery to plant.
• For Outsourcing RFQ's such as Ecoat, Zinc coat, Etc
• Buyer must get quotes or estimation within project lead-time considering all project general information and part information.
• Operation Objectives
• Buyer must have a clear picture of all Project in Serial Production and its General Information
• Customer
• SOP
• EOP
• Platform
• Annual Volume
• BIPs for Service Requirements
• In the event that Service Requirement, buyer must quote and secure BIP demand
• Buyer must pursue spot premium price or obsolesce is charged back to customer (follow up has to be done with Sales).
