Experience in customer services to make to stock, configure to order and engineering for special orders.
Review orders, ensure documentation is complete (i.e. Pricing, drawings, customer expectations, non-standard or unusual items) and are identified.
Resolve any conflicts within the operations team (planning, engineering & production) and customer support.
Review open orders and proactivity communicate status updates for all products lines with in the plant.
Manage orders through the engineering approval process while managing customer expectations of timing and capturing change orders.
Including customer contractual obligations.
Ensure all pricing activities are in line with quotation/change orders and document in internal systems.
Coordinate with production and shipping on customer shipping requirements.
Ensure resolution of all customer issues for the duration of the project.
Manage post sales service regarding warranty issues.
Compile, analyze and report on key metrics.
Engage and drive process/tool improvements cross functionally.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
SAP in SD preferred
1+ years of experience in project management or data analysis preferred
Ability to travel domestically for training
