Sales Operations Supervisor

Activities:

• Place purchase orders for motorcycles, side-by-sides, and jet skis based on market needs and trends in Mexico.
• Coordinate with logistics to extract units from bonded warehouses according to market demand.
• Manage inventory supply and distribution across distribution centers (inventory rebalancing).
• Analyze historical sales data to identify patterns and trends.
• Collect, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics.
• Work closely with management to define pricing strategies and profit margins aligned with company goals and market conditions.
• Evaluate sales potential and provide strategic recommendations.
• Receive and process purchase orders from dealers.
• Verify dealer credit line availability prior to order processing.
• Generate invoices for vehicle and parts orders to dealers.
• Initiate invoicing processes for vehicles and parts based on available credit lines.
• Coordinate with logistics to fulfill purchase orders efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales planning, inventory management, or market analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and ERP systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• English Medium - Advanced
