About the role?
The role involves support to issue and processing of annuity contracts. It includes reviewing applications, ensuring process standards, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and maintaining accurate documentation.
Responsibilities:
Ensure timely and accurate issuance of annuity contracts as per the process guidelines
Communicate with agents, regarding application status, requirements and policy issuance,
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or missing information
Process and review annuity applications to ensure accuracy and completeness
Requirements:
Fluent English and Spanish.
Locate it in ZMG Guadalajara or willing to move.
High School Graduate
Strong knowledge of annuity products.
2+ years of experience in or similar position
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in deadline-driven environment.
Good at problem solving multitasking.
