Function: Data & Analytics (CA)

Main Responsibilities:

• Manages the execution of use cases from idea to implementation which includes identifying necessary resources, leading a team to deliver desired output, and communicating business impact derived from the analytics performed.
• Leads business colleagues to frame up a business problem and generate insights and hypothesis.
• Participates in creating analytics models by applying business knowledge throughout the modeling process.
• Performs analytics as needed to support business partners in framing up their questions and/or hypothesis or to determine feasibility of ideas.
• Provides estimates of the value of proposed analytics projects and prioritizes opportunities.
• Establishes collaborative working relationships and trust with key stakeholders.
• May lead the process to close gaps in data quality by collaborating with business and IT contacts to identify process changes needed.

Education:

• Degree in an Information Technology discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)

• Statistics - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
