Main Responsibilities
• As a Data Wrangler for ISG-Electronic Systems, which designs and manufactures the electronics hardware that makes John Deere equipment smarter, you'll 'wrangle' data, which includes making data accessible and ensuring that source data is accurate, meaningful, and valid for use in analytics and reporting. Being a Data Wrangler means that you will.
• Be a data expert - you'll locate, acquire, organize, combine, and clean data. You'll also provide guidance on its use for analytics and reporting, which may include developing samples for analytics models to ensure that the data is valid, accurate, and applicable for the intended use.
• Be a data steward - you'll work on new data provisioning solutions, explore new ways of organizing data, and focus on developing sustainable data usage for stakeholders including access, cost, and organization processes. We've got a lot of data, help us use it wisely.
• Be a data evangelist - you'll make data-driven decisions possible by creating dashboards and visualizations AND you'll empower and teach stakeholders in our electronics manufacturing and design facilities in Fargo, USA, Torreón, Mexico, and Lonikand, India so they can do it, too.
• Be a part of the team - you'll work with other data wranglers, analytics data engineers, data scientists, and product managers to ensure that data is available, accessible, and accurate.

What Skills You Need
• Proficiency and practical experience using Microsoft Power BI .
• Programming skills necessary to create and maintain applications, databases, data feeds, and/or reports.
• Experience with retrieving and validating data, creating internal searches and reports, and using external reporting and visualization tools.
• Understanding of various functions and data sources within the business.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

What Makes You Stand Out
• Experience with specific ISG-Electronic Systems digital products (Epicor ERP, Agile PLM, Electronics MES).
• Proven work experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
• Adept at creating queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
• Knowledge of advanced data gathering and analysis techniques, including statistical analysis.

Education
• University Degree in an Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics discipline or equivalent related work experience.
