We are currently seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead and manage the execution of our commercial strategies and drive the success of our sales team.

What We're Looking For

Apply if you meet the following must-have requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Biology (QFB, LQI, IQ, QBP, QCB)

* Proven experience in technical sales (preferably in pharmaceutical, chemical, automotive, mining, or related industries)

* Experience leading and developing sales teams

* Strong track record in applying commercial strategies to meet and exceed targets

* Advanced English proficiency (100%) — interview will be conducted in English

* Own vehicle for client visits (Monday–Friday)

* Own laptop

* Legal residency in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and coach the sales team to meet performance goals

* Develop client relationships and close commercial negotiations

* Provide product training and technical guidance

* Conduct in-field visits with team members (including travel outside the city)
