General Description: Responsible for the Facilities operation and proper functioning of NRFM-HQ with +1.7k employees in Aguascalientes, as well as the management of all the general services. Implementation of strategies and actions to improve employee experience and cost reduction. Budget management +100M MXN per year, including OPEX and CAPEX.

Key Responsibilities:

• With directly report to NRFM Facilities and Services Jr Manager.
• Ensure the accomplishment of strategy for Facilities, Services, Safety and Security in NRFM-Aguascalientes and its subsidiaries.
• Ensure the Budget accomplishment and correct use of resources, always with the correct evaluation of Cost-Benefit analysis.
• Lead the local Projects of Investment (CAPEX) and Expenses (OPEX) with cross-functional focus.
• Maintain the facilities and services of the Site in optimal conditions, with a predominantly preventive and/or predictive approach, anticipating the corrective one. Includes energy management (electricity, water, fuel, A/C, etc.)
• To detect the opportunities and develop the necessary improvements in the managed facilities and services.
• To manage the new facilities necessities and/or new services, related with the operation and organizational growth in the location.
• Ensure the correct management of the Facilities and Services Team through a assertive leadership, including the group of vendors in site (In-Plants).
• Is responsible of Safety and Security areas of the NRFM Site.
• Is the main responsible of internal vendors management (Dining Room, Security, Transport, Cleaning, Facilities Management, Construction, etc.)
• Maintain updated the Legal Service Contracts and/or PSE (Specialized Services Suppliers), in alignment with Purchasing, Legal and Finance departments.
• Ensure the correct management of Purchasing process (Request for Quotation, Shopping Basket, Budget approval, Purchase Order, Payment process, etc.)

Education/Certifications:

• Civil Eng. / Mechanical Eng. / Electro-Mechanical Eng. / Industrial Eng.

Previous Work Experience

• Facilities and Equipment maintenance (3 years).
• Investment Project Management in Corporate-Industrial Sector (2 years).
• Management of construction projects, including vendor management of all related disciplines (civil, electrical, metal-mechanical, plumbing, utilities, fire prevention system, CCTV, etc. (2 years).
• Management of General Services in Industrial / Corporative Sector (2 years).
• Management of Safety and Security areas (2 years).
• Leadership and Team management experience, +5HC (2 years)

Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Official Construction Rules (NOMS y STPS).
• Official Mexican Rules related with Facilities and Workspaces.
• Quality, order, and cleanliness methodologies (e.g., ISO, 5S', etc.)
• Electrical substations, generators and Fire Prevention System knowledge related with offices and industrial sector.
• Material and services acquisition processes and systems (ideal SAP).
• Language: English (Intermediate level).
