Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced-on Electro-mechanical Technician to join our team in the Beverage / Bottling / Packaging / Automotive Industry. The ideal candidate will have strong skills on electromechanical maintenance, hands-on experience with different kind of machinery, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems using schematics, technical drawings, and testing equipment.
• Repair equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors, and other machinery.
• Modify, diagnose, and operate industrial equipment to ensure continuous production.
• Maintain and troubleshoot industrial control systems.
• Generate detailed reports, complete work orders, and document parts and material usage.
• Follow all safety protocols, including safe lifting and machine operation practices.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge and proficiency with mechanical and electrical tools related to specific equipment or systems supported.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, clients, and technicians.
• Critical thinking and creativity to develop innovative solutions to technical challenges.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Physical capability to work in various environments, including lifting and carrying equipment as needed.
• Willingness to travel frequently to different customer locations and work in diverse settings.
• Minimum of?5 years of experience?in the bottling and packaging industry, with broad knowledge of electro-mechanical maintenance across different types of machinery.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in?English?(verbal and written).
• Up-to-date passport, USA visa documents, and valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work?overseas?and adapt to international work environments.
