As our next Finance Manager, you will lead the planning, direction, and control of general accounting, payroll, and accounts payable to meet the company's operational and financial objectives. You will ensure compliance with audit standards and tax laws, manage cash flow, and oversee intercompany reconciliations, insurance, audits, and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage corporate cash flow and prepare weekly cash forecasts.
• Oversee monthly and year-end accounting close, including review and approval of accruals.
• Ensure tax compliance for income, payroll, and other legal obligations.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, including quarterly financial control certifications.
• Manage insurance renewals and related matters.
• Supervise and train general accounting staff.
• Provide backup support for all finance positions.
• Participate in system implementations or changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA or CPA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting.
• Supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of financial and accounting systems.
• Ability to resolve complex accounting issues and manage month-end close.
• Experience with audits, intercompany reconciliations, and tax compliance.
• Decision-making skills related to payments, expense classification, and bank reconciliations.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Professional certifications (CPA, MBA).
• Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems.
• Knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
