SAP Application Engineer

Description:

We are looking for an SAP Application Engineer working on site with knowledge on SD, MM, WM and FICO modules

Key responsibilities:

• Provide end-user training & create user documentation
• Coordinate local projects with the global team
• Support interfaces to other applications linked to SAP
• Support supplier's portal
• Implementation, support, and maintenance of location specific requirements (e.g. CFDI process)
• Collect and analyze business requirements, regarding SAP system or those related to IT
• Support for annual inventory process
• Handling of service desk tickets resolving issues due to internal process errors and SAP system issues.
• Key contact for SAP topics in Mexico
• Roles management within SAP

Skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related field
• Advanced English
• Minimum of 2 years related work experience
• Strong understanding of business processes and project lifecycles
• Root-cause problem solving
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with non-technical staff
• Ability to work independently and prioritize task effectively

Preferred skills:

• Release procedure customizing
• Digital Invoice CFDI
• Tables reporting
• Basis of SD, MM, WM and FICO modules
