Minimum Requirements

• Completed bachelor's degree.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with SAP modules: WM, SD, MD, and PP.
• Knowledge of material flow processes, with the ability to support ERP and business system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan operational resources according to workload and established priorities.
• Act as a SAP Key User (WM, SD, PP).
• Develop strategies and coordinate with operational teams to optimize capacity and equipment utilization.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with KPIs according to company targets, and define action plans for improvement.
• Ensure efficient material flow, appropriate inventory levels, effective escalation processes, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
