SAP ECC, S/4HANA IT CONSULTANTS (Various Positions)

We are seeking experienced SAP S/4HANA consultants to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in SAP implementations, migrations, and module-specific expertise, with a focus on advanced skills across several SAP areas. Positions are available for the following roles:

· Senior Functional Analyst SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) Consultant

• SuccessFactors Consultant
• SAP Basics Consultant
• Business Analyst
• ABAP Developer
• BI BW Developer
• SAP MM (Materials Management) Consultant
• SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) Consultant
• SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to gather business requirements and develop comprehensive SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Participation in ECC 6.0 migrations to S/4 Hana
• Participate in the full project lifecycle: from system design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Provide expertise and support for ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4HANA migration projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of SAP solutions with business objectives.
• Ensure proper configuration and implementation of relevant SAP modules (MM, FI, HCM, SD, CO, etc.).
• Develop and execute functional specifications and user stories for ABAP developments and customizations (where applicable).
• BI BW Development
• Support SAP S/4HANA transformations, upgrades, and optimizations.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• SAP S/4HANA certification (preferred).
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA and ECC.
• Proven track record in ECC 6.0 to S/4HANA migrations and upgrades.
• Advanced knowledge in the following SAP modules: MM, FI, HCM, CO, and SD.
• Strong knowledge in SAP FI/CO, with experience in SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) and BW (Business Warehouse) being a plus.
• ABAP development skills are helpful, though not mandatory.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and project goals.
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing abilities.

Language and other Requirements:

• Advanced English is mandatory for all positions, as the role requires collaboration with global teams and clients.
