Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Business Analyst Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between stakeholders and the development team, translating business needs into functional Salesforce solutions. You will play a critical role throughout the project lifecycle—from requirements gathering to user acceptance testing—ensuring solutions align with business objectives and user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with stakeholders to understand the structure, policies, and operations of the organization, and translate that knowledge into recommended solutions that help achieve strategic goals.
• Conduct discovery sessions using various techniques to gather, track, and analyze business requirements.
• Produce detailed project documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Participate in both client-facing and internal team meetings to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as a bridge between the client and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding and communication of requirements.
• Demonstrate Salesforce solution functionality to client stakeholders.
• Design and lead end-user acceptance testing (UAT), including test plan creation, execution, and user support.
• Support change management and adoption of Salesforce solutions by providing documentation, training, and user guidance.
What You Will Bring:
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis roles.
• Proven experience with Salesforce projects, particularly in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with cross-functional, international teams and external clients.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering business value.
