We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Sales Specialist to drive sales of cutting-edge software solutions in the fields of logistics, safety, and artificial intelligence (AI). The ideal candidate is results-driven, has a strong understanding of B2B software sales cycles, and demonstrates a deep knowledge of the logistics and safety industries, as well as AI-driven technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with prospective clients in the logistics, safety, and AI sectors.
Present and demonstrate software solutions tailored to clients' specific operational challenges.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities.
Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals and post-sale support.
Requirements:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven experience in B2B software sales, preferably within logistics, safety, or AI industries.
Strong understanding of software solutions (e.g., SaaS, cloud platforms, AI tools).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience selling logistics or safety-focused software solutions.
Familiarity with AI applications in industrial or enterprise settings.
A network of contacts in logistics or safety-related industries.
