We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Salesforce Developer to join our Tech team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our Salesforce platform, as well as contributing to the development of new features and functionality using Apex code. The ideal candidate will also have experience with administration-type work and stakeholder management.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Support and maintain the company's Salesforce platform, including troubleshooting issues, resolving bugs, and implementing enhancements as needed.
• Develop new features and functionality using Apex code, including customizations, integrations, and automated processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, project managers, and other developers, to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
• Manage and maintain existing Salesforce integrations that exchange data between other external systems.
• Provide training and support to end-users as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and functionality, and provide recommendations for improvements and upgrades.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration, including experience with Apex code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Willingness to learn new technologies and be a generalist.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Salesforce certifications, such as the Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, are a plus but not required.
• Ability to learn independently and stay organized. Preferred
• Experience working with Health Cloud, Commerce Cloud and/or Experience Cloud.
• Experience with stakeholder management and client facing communication.
