Key Responsibilities:

* Develops application code through the use of established methods that meets acceptance criteria
* Reviews and collaborates with Architects on designs
* Develops technical designs with any necessary automation strategies
* Collaborates with Product Owner and Business Analyst to clarify functionality in stories
* Collaborates with SMEs as necessary to obtain guidance for development
* Develops stories, data mappings, test cases, and success criteria which inform development
* Understands and can build/deploy code through approved channels
* Tests application code through the use of established methods, these tests should all be automated and include unit tests, integrations tests, functional tests, acceptance tests, performance tests, and smoke tests
* Committed to and responsible for the iteration goals
* All Engineers should adhere to secure coding practices
* All Engineers should understand and apply principles of accessibility for all product releases
* Attend and understand the functions of the various iteration ceremonies such as stand-ups, planning, grooming and retrospectives

Requirements

* 2 to 4 years of experience in Salesforce Developing platform
* Experience working with Approval Processes, Flows, Process Builder, Assignment rules, Setup & Configurations, UserProvisioning, Reports & Dashboards
* Experience developing with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components
* Experience translating stakeholder requirements and vision into feasible solutions that consider the immediate and long-term implications to the platform health and User Experience.
* Understanding of complex and interconnected business processes subject to audit, internal/external governance and compliance adherence including but not limited to: Data Integrity Policies, Data Retention Policies, SOX, etc.
* One or more Salesforce Certifications.
* Experience in working in an Agile/SCRUM environment.
* Excellent organizational skills and in-depth attention to detail with proven ability to lead multiple concurrent priorities.
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities and meet deadlines with minimal oversight.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to serve as a liaison with developers, project managers, and technical and non-technical business partners and the ability to adapt style to suit the audience.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Self-motivated and team-work skills required.
* Collaborative attitude with the ability to quickly adapt to changes.

Preferred qualifications

* Experience with CI/CD tools - Jenkins, Gitlab, CumulusCI, Sauce Labs, and SonarQube
* Experience with MuleSoft integrations using AnyPoint Studio
* MuleSoft Certifications
* Salesforce Certifications Required (Salesforce Administrator Certification, Advanced Admin Certification & App Builder Certification)
