We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HubSpot System Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HubSpot CRM and marketing automation, with a focus on data management and analytics. The HubSpot Data Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and organized data within the HubSpot platform, ensuring the effectiveness of marketing and sales efforts.

Here are a few of the tasks you'll get to work on:

• Understand company requirements and design effective solutions using the HubSpot platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture and scope of HubSpot projects.
• Create comprehensive documentation including requirements, functional specifications, and data models.
• Lead complex technology configuration projects and mentor junior team members.
• Conduct technology audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Define success metrics and reporting requirements for technology solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology features and communicate changes internally and to clients.
• Assist with data migration projects and conduct quality assurance testing.
• Drive team certifications and provide technology training to internal staff.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have the following:

• Extensive experience of HubSpot use or similar CRM platform.
• Computer Science, or similar technical qualification.
• Experience in a digital/technical agency/consultancy in a consulting/specialist role working with clients throughout the whole process (consulting, solution building, implementation and training).
• Solid knowledge of HubSpot or equivalent (i.e. SalesForce, MS Dynamic, etc).
• Extensive ability to read and understand and compile technical documentation (API documentation, ERD, functional specifications etc).
• Sound knowledge of big data.
• Experience with integrating systems, leveraging APIs, or custom-built.
• Excellent command of English with exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, Intel Core i5 or above & Microsoft Office), and at least 10 Mbps internet speed.
• Willing to work on Pacific Standard Time (PST) schedule.
