The ideal candidate will have experience in market development, business opportunity identification, and negotiating with key clients in the sector.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Engineering, or related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in industrial sales and customer service
• Solid knowledge of injection molding processes and engineering plastics
• Results-oriented, proactive, and self-driven attitude
• Willingness to travel
• Conversational English is required for communication with clients and management

? Having an active portfolio of potential clients in the injection molding industry is a strong plus

Required Experience:

• Prospecting and developing new clients and markets
• Sales experience in the plastics industry (Engineering Plastics, Injection Molding, Extrusion)
• Negotiating with Tier 1, Tier 2, and OEM clients (Automotive, Appliance, Electronics, etc.)
• Introducing and positioning new brands or technical solutions in the market
• Participation in trade shows and industrial exhibitions

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Effective communication and persuasive presentation
• Energetic, well-organized, and customer-focused

Key Responsibilities:
