RThe Inside Sales Representative is responsible for identifying business relationships and opportunities by increasing our transactions and gross profit with existing Agents. This position reports directly to the Revenue Manager. The Inside Sales Representative position requires excellent communication skills to meet the business needs of our Ria Agents. Ria manages win-win partnerships with small and medium-sized Agents that offer money transfers, money orders, mobile top-ups, bill payment, and check cashing services at an affordable price. This position will be focused on growing specific corridors, mostly through phone calls, emails, etc. The Inside Sales Representative calls agents daily, finds opportunities weekly, and meets monthly transactions and gross profit targets.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Create and nurture strong relationships with the portfolio of agents to ensure a long-lasting business collaboration with Ria.
• Act as a problem-solver when agent faces issues with their day-to-day Ria business.
• Self-organize a smarty-structured weekly plan to meet set targets.
• Know how to resolve anything from system queries.
• Provide or update branding solutions for existing agents in accordance with Marketing Department's guidelines.
• Support new and existing agents and assist them with troubleshooting equipment.
• Increase sales and market share of existing products (money transfers, money orders, mobile top-ups, bill payment, and check cashing)
• Analyze company reports and market data to address, reinforce and correct performance trends to capitalize on market opportunities for new and existing Agents.

Requirements:

• We are looking for a bilingual speaker English - Spanish
• 1 or more years of proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related field
• Client orientation
• Analytical thinking
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Detail oriented, team player, ability to multi-task.
