We are seeking for a Medical Collections Specialist to join our call center team.
In this role, you'll work with healthcare-related accounts to recover past-due balances, ensuring respectful communication and compliance with industry regulations.

Main Activities
Contact patients or clients with overdue medical accounts.
Negotiate payment plans and settlements.
Handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of collection activities.
What We're Looking For
Experience in collections.
Strong negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment.
Experience with:
CRM & collection software (A plus)
Microsoft Excel, Outlook
Skip tracing tools
Schedule:
Monday - Friday (Weekends off)
40 hrs per week
Morning shift
