Sales Consultant – Immigration Law Firm

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Job Description:

A leading immigration law firm is looking for a Sales Consultant with strong interpersonal and administrative skills. We're seeking someone who enjoys selling, is comfortable speaking with potential clients, and knows how to build trust while closing service-based sales. This position is ideal for someone results-driven, organized, and ready to grow within a professional setting.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Assist with logistics-related tasks (dispatching, customer updates, follow-ups, etc.)
• Communicate professionally with U.S.-based clients and partners
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Supporting the customer service team in resolving escalated issues or complaints.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Passion for sales and ability to close effectively.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Follow up-calls
• Experience handling administrative tasks related to customer service or sales.
• Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with digital tools (CRM, Google Workspace or similar).
• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)

Preferred:

• Experience in legal firms.
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Background in consultative or service-based sales.
