Rod and Associates is a U.S.-based professional services firm providing tax, accounting, and corporate outsourcing solutions to clients across the United States. We are expanding our Corporate Services division, which delivers outsourced accounting services to U.S.-based businesses. To support this growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Mexico. This is a fully remote, part-time contractor role focused on outbound B2B lead generation, ideal for high-performing professionals who want autonomy, flexibility, and performance-based income.

Role Summary
The SDR will focus exclusively on outbound sales efforts such as cold calling, cold emailing, lead prospecting, and initiating conversations with business decision-makers. You will introduce Rod & Associates' Corporate Services offering to small and mid-sized businesses in the U.S. and schedule discovery calls for the executive team. This role will also coordinate with Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) and legal counsel to support an efficient and timely closing process.
Responsibilities
· Conduct outbound B2B cold calls, emails, and other methods of communication
· Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the closing team
· Meet or exceed KPIs such as leads contacted, discovery calls, appointments scheduled, and deal closures
· Use CRM tools to track engagement and pipeline activity clearly
· Follow ethical communication and professional standards
Who We're Looking For
· Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura) in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
· Minimum 5 years of outbound B2B sales or SDR experience
· Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with U.S.-based business owners and executives
· Fluent in spoken and written English (required)
· Proven track record of successful deal closures
· Mexico-based with reliable internet and a professional remote work setup
· Organized, self-motivated, and focused on results
· Experience with CRM platforms and outbound sales tools preferred
· Must be willing to pass a background check, including verification of education, criminal history, and references
