The Time Critical Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities focused on urgent and time-sensitive logistics solutions. This role requires strong commercial skills, technical knowledge of international logistics, and the ability to respond quickly and effectively in high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities in the Time Critical segment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in industries such as automotive, aerospace, and pharmaceuticals.
• Design customized logistics solutions for urgent shipments, including air charters, hand carry, and next flight out (NFO) services.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely and efficient service execution.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
• Proven knowledge of Time Critical services.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel and meet clients on-site.
