Descripción
Position overview
The Customer Serivice REP takes care of customers and their orders, enquires and complaints in a consistent, fast, friendly and communicative manner in accordance to the needs of the customer. Pursues timely communication, shipment, and documentation through assertive and cooperative communication with sales/BU, other order fulfillment functions, credit, and PSRA. Ensures coordination with all areas of the Supply Chain and internal/external customers.
Responsibilities
- Takes care of customers & their orders, enquires and complaints in a consistent, fast, friendly and communicative manner in accordance to the needs of the customer.
- Receipt of customer orders (Fax/e-mail / phone) and order entry in respective ERP System (SAP / AX).
- Follow up on customer orders, and independent negotiations with customers concerning order details (delivery date, quantity, partial deliveries).
- Catching hold of customer complaints, finding and establishing solutions once a complaint is Customer Service related.
- Pursues timely communication, shipment, and documentation through assertive and cooperative communication with sales/BU, other order fulfillment functions, credit,
- and PSRA.
- Ensures coordination with all areas of the Supply Chain and internal/external customers.
- Handling of consignment stocks incl. VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory).
Required skills and experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service/customer care or other relevant customer-facing roles as advantage
- Strong Customer Focus.
- Good knowledge of Standard Office Software.
- Good level of English, and Spanish, language.
- Resourceful with a good sense of initiative.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 100% proficient in English.
