We are looking for a Sales Engineer with strong technical knowledge in hydraulic products to support the commercial growth of our new facility in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León.
The ideal candidate must be commercially driven, technically skilled, and experienced in B2B industrial sales of hydraulic components such as cylinders, pumps, valves, and rods.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electromechanical Engineering or related.
- 4+ years of experience in B2B technical sales of hydraulic products, especially hydraulic cylinders, rods, pumps, and valves.
- Solid knowledge of hydraulic applications in sectors like heavy equipment, construction, energy, plastic injection, presses, etc.
- Strong ability to identify customer needs and offer tailored technical solutions based on system specs or operating conditions.
- Fluent in technical English to communicate with global teams and international clients.
- Skilled in prospecting, developing new industrial accounts, and closing technical consultative sales.
- Experience working with OEMs, distributors, and end users.
- Proficient in CRM systems, preparing technical quotations, and post-sales support.
- Previous experience with Hengli products or direct competitors is a strong plus.
- Willingness to travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities in industrial, manufacturing, and heavy machinery sectors.
- Provide technical consulting on hydraulic cylinders, pumps, valves, and rods.
- Prepare technical quotations and manage post-sales follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and end users.
- Meet sales targets and commercial objectives.
- Conduct field visits.
- Represent Hengli at trade shows, events, and technical demonstrations
