Technical Supervisor After Sales

We are seeking a skilled Technical Supervisor for a client in the automotive sector. This role involves extensive nationwide travel across Mexico to support after-sales operations. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in vehicle repair, including electric vehicles (EVs), diagnostics, and bodywork. The position requires a proactive individual who can provide technical training and guidance to workshop teams, diagnose and resolve vehicle issues, and collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to enhance service processes. What you will Do?

• Diagnose and resolve vehicle issues, including EV systems, combustion engines, and bodywork
• Provide on-site and remote support to service centers and dealerships across Mexico
• Deliver technical training and guidance to workshop teams to improve their skills
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to improve service processes and efficiency
• Travel extensively, approximately 70–80% across Mexico, to support operations

Your Skills

• Degree or diploma in Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Automation, or related fields
• Hands-on experience in vehicle repair, including EV systems, diagnostics, and bodywork
• Previous experience with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or large dealerships is a strong plus
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency for technical documentation and communication
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively address technical challenges
