Operations Control Analyst

Agave is the main raw material as well as the most expensive component, the maximum extraction of sugar is crucial for resources and process optimization, this means that distillery efficiencies must be optimizedThis requires improvements in the processes as well as to have information (reports, KOP's, KAIs, KPIs and KMIs) in real-time in order to take decisions. Data gathered needs to be integrated, processed and analyzed for further distribution to distillery personnel.

Decrease of distillery efficiencies impacting

• Take of timely fashion decisions based on information of process variables performance as also of the process itself.
• Availability of information related to distillery process critical variables for different users of Casa Sauza from situational to strategic level.
• Tight monitoring and control of distillery improvements projects aligned to efficiency optimization.
• Generation of analytics tools integrated in the MES/MOM.
• Support to TRACC Visual Management foundation and TPM' Operations Management pillar.

Role Responsibilities

• Process information timely fashion reported in Dashboards.
• Generation of distillery performance reports on time.
• Data available and integrated.

1. Integrate, depurate, process and analyze data of KOP, KAI KPIs and KMIs of distillery and those used in the planning process.
2. Design, build and support tools for data integration and reports related to distillery operation, performance and planning.
3. Manage/support distillery improvement project teams.

Qualifications

Education- Ing. Industrial, Lic. Administración, Lic. Informática

Certifications/Licensure-

Years of experience 1 year

Level of experience- Mid-High MS Office knowledge, Siemens SIMATIC, OpCenter, analytics tools such as Tableau and PowerBI.

Industry experience- Knowledge of Tequila industry, particularly distillery ops.

Travel %- <10%
