ELEVATE is looking for a Human Resources Intern to support the HR Manager with day-to-day requests and operations within LATAM and other areas.

Responsibilities
- Gain exposure and assist with HR transactional services in accordance with established guidelines
- Manage all Americas and Europe contractor contracts and respond to contractor inquiries
- Maintain HRIS systems via BambooHR (onboarding, status changes, offboarding, etc.)
- Coordinating interview schedules, maintaining Hiring tab in BambooHR, maintaining HireRight site for Americas, maintain recruiting Excel file and provide recruiting updates, reports and analytics to various HRBPs
- Assist HR Manager with supporting employees in Mexico and Colombia
- Maintain complete confidentiality with respect to employee and company records
- Other tasks as needed
Qualifications
- College student or recent college graduate preferred with a specialization in HR Management, Organizational Management, or Psychology or related field
- 2-3 years of administrative experience
- Fluent English and Spanish speaking and writing is a must
- Flexibility in schedules is preferred (we are a global company)
